The Bull Durham Center The Bull Durham Center operates as two independent halls, the Live Exhibit Hall and the Palmetto Reception Hall. The Town uses the building for meetings and training. Both Halls can be rented for corporate affairs, conventions, wedding receptions and other functions of commercial, community or social importance.
Estill Town Hall A small town with a big friendly heart and delightful lowcountry charm, Estill, is located in the southwestern section of the Hampton County, South Carolina. Estill (pronounced 'Estel'} is named in honor of Colonel James Holbrook Estill who was instrumental in bringing development to the town with construction of the railroad.

Funeral Arrangement for the Honorable Alfonia "Al" Green

Friday May 3rd, 2024 (Wake)- First Thankful Baptist Church 6:00p.m.-8p.m. (2591 Steep Bottom Road, Estill S.C. )

Saturday May 4th, 2024 (Funeral Service)-Estill Elementary School (Auditorium) 11:00 a.m. (636 Fourth St E., Estill S.C.)

Repast will be held at the Bull Durham Community Facility following the burial service (360 Railroad Avenue N. Estill S.C.)

The Town of Estill is heartbroken over the loss of a dear council member, Honorable Alfonia "Al" Green, who passed away on April 28, 2024. We kindly ask that you keep his family, friends, co-workers, and the staff of the Town of Estill in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Councilman Green was a beloved member of our community who always put the needs of others first. His passion and dedication to the town of Estill will never be forgotten. The family will soon confirm the funeral arrangements so we can come together to honor his legacy.
